  • For safety and best performance, be sure to select the right Air Kicks model so that the weight of the user falls within the specified weight range. Smaller kid's sizes are also available.
  • Always wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, knee pads and elbow pads. Slip the boots over your athletic shoes and tighten the buckles until snug and comfortable.
  • Take a moment to become accustomed to the feel of your new Air Kicks. Stand up slowly and discover how easy it is to balance yourself. Take a few warm up steps. Do some simple warm-up exercises like jumping or jogging in place before doing more rigorous activities. Use Air Kicks indoors or out, but ONLY on dry and flat surfaces.
